Civil Rights Policy
The Stephenson Nursing Center complies with Section 001 of the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which provides that:
"No person in the United States, shall on the ground of race, color, or nation origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. The Stephenson Nursing Center also complies with Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act on that we do not discriminate on the basis of handicap, in accordance with Paragraph 84.8 (A) of the regulations."
Community Bingo has been cancelled for the remainder of 2020 and the currently, 2021 has been cancelled as well. We will continue to keep everyone updated!

Today, we have grown to become one of the most comprehensive, full-service facilities in Stephenson County. We offer long and short-term rehabilitation, respite services and hospice services.
We have started accepting up to 2 visitors per resident at a time to come in or sit outside for awhile and chat.
At Walnut Acres, we are now offering outpatient therapy through Infinity Rehab. We are so excited to offer this service for our community! We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Call for more information or to find out how to get your services at Walnut Acres.
